ArkansasGFX sells downloadable digital products. Because digital files can be delivered immediately and cannot physically be returned after access has been provided, digital-product purchases are generally final once download access has been issued.
However, ArkansasGFX wants customers to receive what they actually purchased and will work to correct legitimate order or file problems.
When a Refund May Be Appropriate
ArkansasGFX may provide a refund or other appropriate resolution when:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase because of a payment or website error.
- Payment was successfully collected but ArkansasGFX failed to provide access to the purchased files.
- The downloaded file is corrupted or materially defective and ArkansasGFX cannot provide a working replacement.
- The files delivered are materially different from the files represented in the product listing.
- You received the wrong product because of an ArkansasGFX system or fulfillment error.
- Applicable law requires a refund.
Situations That Normally Do Not Qualify for a Refund
A refund will generally not be issued because:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You no longer need the design.
- You purchased the wrong design by mistake.
- You did not read the product description or included file formats.
- The file is incompatible with software, equipment, or a production method not represented as supported.
- You lack the software or experience necessary to use the file.
- Your CNC, laser, cutter, printer, computer, or other equipment produces an unexpected result.
- You modified the file and the modified version does not work as expected.
- You have already used the design or files in a finished product and later decide you no longer want the purchase.

If you experience a problem with a purchase, please contact ArkansasGFX first at:
Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a description of the problem.
We will make a reasonable effort to investigate legitimate technical, payment, or fulfillment issues.
Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising rights available under applicable law or through their payment provider.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method.
Processing and bank-posting times may vary depending on Stripe, PayPal, your financial institution, or other payment providers.
When a full refund is completed, all ArkansasGFX download access associated with the refunded order is revoked.
Previously issued secure download links will stop working.
License After Refund
A refund terminates the license granted for the refunded digital product.
After receiving a full refund, you may not continue using, reproducing, distributing, selling products based on, or otherwise exercising rights granted by the refunded ArkansasGFX design license.
Any retained copies of the refunded digital files should be deleted.
Changes to This Policy
ArkansasGFX may update this Refund Policy as the website, products, or business practices change.
The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally govern that transaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
