ArkansasGFX respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information ArkansasGFX may collect, how that information is used, and the circumstances in which information may be shared.
ArkansasGFX does not currently require customers to create accounts in order to browse or purchase digital products.
Information We Collect
When you place an order, contact ArkansasGFX, or otherwise interact with the website, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, order information, communications, and other information necessary to process your request.
The website may also automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, session information, timestamps, requested pages, security information, and other information ordinarily transmitted when using a website.
ArkansasGFX may use cookies, sessions, or similar technologies necessary to maintain shopping-cart contents, checkout state, security, website functionality, and other site features.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
ArkansasGFX receives transaction information necessary to verify and manage your order, such as transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and payment provider.
ArkansasGFX does not intentionally collect or store your complete credit-card number or PayPal password.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to process and verify purchases, provide secure digital downloads, deliver transactional emails, provide customer support, process refunds, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain website security, diagnose technical problems, comply with legal obligations, and improve ArkansasGFX.
The FTC recommends that businesses collect only information they reasonably need and protect the information they retain.
Secure Downloads
ArkansasGFX uses protected download links to deliver purchased files.
For security and abuse prevention, download activity may be logged. This can include information associated with the order, file, download time, usage count, and privacy-protected technical information used to detect unauthorized access.
Download links may expire, have download limits, or be revoked following a refund or other authorized administrative action.
If you purchase a product, ArkansasGFX may send transactional emails relating to your purchase, including payment confirmation, secure download information, refund information, or important service notices.
Transactional messages are necessary to fulfill and manage purchases and are not the same as promotional mailing-list messages.
If ArkansasGFX later introduces optional marketing email, that feature will be handled separately.
Information Sharing
ArkansasGFX does not sell customer personal information as a business model.
Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website or fulfill your transaction. These may include payment processors, hosting providers, email infrastructure providers, security services, and other technical providers.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforce site policies, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect ArkansasGFX, its customers, or others.
Advertising and Analytics
ArkansasGFX may in the future use analytics, advertising, or similar third-party services.
If technologies are introduced that materially change the information ArkansasGFX collects or shares, this Privacy Policy should be updated accordingly before or when those services are activated.
I specifically recommend keeping this paragraph because of the Ad Manager/AdSense system we're planning. We should revisit the Privacy Policy when advertising actually goes live rather than pretending today that we already use technologies we haven't implemented yet. Google/third-party ad services may create additional disclosure and consent requirements depending on how they're configured and where visitors are located.
Data Security
ArkansasGFX uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect customer information and private digital files.
No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, but ArkansasGFX seeks to limit access to information and maintain protections appropriate to the information being handled. The FTC specifically warns businesses that security representations in privacy policies need to match actual practices.
Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for order records, payment and refund documentation, fraud prevention, customer support, legal compliance, accounting, security, and other legitimate business purposes.
Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Children's Privacy
ArkansasGFX is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected improperly, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether applicable legal thresholds are met, you may have legal rights concerning personal information, including rights to request information, correction, deletion, or other actions.
For example, California's CCPA provides qualifying California consumers with specific privacy rights when the law applies to a business.
ArkansasGFX will respond to legally valid privacy requests as required by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as ArkansasGFX introduces new features, service providers, advertising technologies, or other changes in data practices.
The Last Updated date above will reflect the latest revision.
